Annabel is an advocate for the power of ethics in delivering sustainable growth and enabling talent to flourish. She spent over 20 years building institutional business and working with clients to develop innovative strategies within an ethical distribution framework that prioritised building trusted relationships. She is now using her background in investment management, to better equip investors with the ability to assess and value organisational culture in the companies they analyse, as well as the stewardship tools they need to ensure Tech is a force for societal good. .
Most recently, Annabel has been researching the need for ethical values and organisational culture in an AI-driven future workplace at NCH and LSE. She speaks on a range of topics relating to Tech Ethics, its connection with ESG and how Boards and investors can ensure Tech remains human-centred, . She is currently researching the intersection of AI and Behavioural Science, specifically how to motivate ethical behaviour.
She has held a number of non-executive positions and is currently a member of the Institute of Business Ethics advisory council and a Trustee Director for an educational charity.
